I'm trying to change the location of our hosts file as some users need to swap their hosts files periodically to aide with CMS authoring yet I don't want them to have Admin rights on their machine. Admin rights are required to swap hosts files located at C:\WINDOWS\system32\driver s\etc I tried changing my hosts file using the registry setting:
